Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Item must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Item must not be damaged due to misuse or negligence

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items that have been used or damaged
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period
  • Items without proof of purchase

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Include the RA number on the outside of the package
  6. Ship the item to the address provided in your return instructions

Please do not send your return directly to our business address without first obtaining a return authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Please note that:

  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet our return conditions

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order.

If you are returning an item due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label in these cases.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us first. We will guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

For exchanges:

  • You must return the original item following our return process
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement item
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error
  • If the replacement item costs more, you will be charged the difference
  • If the replacement item costs less, you will be refunded the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damage or defect when contacting us, as this helps us process your claim more quickly.

For damaged or defective items:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
  • Provide photos showing the damage or defect
  • We will provide a prepaid return label
  • We will ship a replacement item immediately or issue a full refund

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@frizelonyrvork.world.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping Labels

For your convenience, we can provide prepaid return shipping labels in certain circumstances:

  • If the item was defective or damaged when you received it
  • If we sent you the wrong item
  • If the item was significantly different from its description

In these cases, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label that you can print and attach to your return package. For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days after we receive your return.

After processing, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 5-10 business days

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:

International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the United States, you are responsible for:
